Terms of Service

By registering, accessing, or using the Kavioo Web App (`app.kavioo.io`) or the Kavioo Adobe Premiere Pro plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Device Seats

Subject to your chosen subscription tier (Basic, Creator, or Studio):

• Basic Plan: Grants access exclusively to the Web App studio. Desktop plugin access is strictly restricted.
• Creator & Studio Plans: Grants access to both the Web App and the Premiere Pro plugin, subject to a maximum of two (2) authorized hardware devices per user account.
• Account sharing across multiple external editing organizations without an agency license is prohibited.

2. Creator Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of all video assets, scripts, audio files, and exported subtitle overlays processed through Kavioo. We claim no ownership over your creative output.

3. Quotas & Subtitle Minutes

Processed subtitle duration is debited against your account's quota in exact second increments. Unused minutes on recurring active plans roll over in accordance with plan rules.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Kavioo to transcribe, generate, or burn captions for illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or defamatory materials.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the 2-device seat rule, reverse engineer the plugin binaries, or abuse API rate limits.
