At Kavioo ("we", "our", or "us"), we prioritize creator privacy and data integrity. This Privacy Policy outlines how our Web Studio and Adobe Premiere Pro extension handle your data.

1. Audio & Video Data Processing

When you submit a video or audio clip for transcription and alignment:

• Audio tracks are extracted locally or in temporary cloud memory solely for acoustic timestamp analysis.
• Zero Permanent Voice Retention: Audio files are strictly deleted from memory once subtitle generation is complete. We do not use your private audio to train public AI models.
• Your exported videos and subtitle tracks remain your exclusive intellectual property.

2. Authentication & Google OAuth Data

When you authenticate via Google Single Sign-On (OAuth 2.0):

• We only request read access to your primary email address, full name, and avatar picture to populate your Kavioo profile.
• We never request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google services.
• Auth tokens are secured with industry-standard cryptographic encryption.

3. Device Fingerprinting & Licensing

To enforce the 2-device seat license on our desktop plugin, our client-side agent generates a non-reversible SHA-256 hash of your computer's motherboard UUID. We do not inspect personal files, system contents, or browser histories.

4. Payment & Billing Data

All financial transactions are handled securely by PCI-DSS certified payment processors (Razorpay for India and Stripe for International payments). Kavioo never stores raw credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials on our servers.
